Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, then allow 5-7 days for delivery. We will use either UPSP, UPS or Fedex for the shipment of your order, depending on the item & weight. If your order is Under $100 there will be a shipping fee as follows for orders to the USA. We reuse shipping materials every chance we get, such as peanuts, shredded paper, air pockets, and anything that will protect our products.

IMPORTANT LARGE ITEMS, DROP SHIP ITEMS:
Dropship item's delivery time may take longer to receive than our in house orders. These items include but are not limited to: Train Tables, Furniture, Pacific Playtents, Radio Flyer Products, Large Thomas Train sets, Desks, Tricycles & Scooters. Most Large items are sold to you at a better cost (and with less chance for damage) by eliminating the extra shipping from the manufacturer to us. Please allow, at minimum, 7-10 BUSINESS days for these products to reach you.
Making a return with us is easy and hassle free. We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery, however, we do not accept exchanges.
All items must be new, unopened, never assembled and still in original packaging to receive a full refund(minus shipping cost).
If a returned item is missing parts, documentation or shows signs of use or ware there will be a 35% restocking fee applied.
If your original purchase qualified for FREE shipping and you choose to return any part or all of the order, you will be still responsible to pay for any shipping and handling costs that we have already incurred to ship the product(s) to you. If you paid for shipping with your order, the shipping amount is not refundable. You are responsible for making all shipping arrangements for items that you choose to return. We recommend that any returns you send to us be fully-insured and via a carrier that provides tracking information. In the event that an returned package is lost or damaged during shipment back to us, Trains4Tots.Com will not make a refund to you. You will need to contact the shipper that you selected and file an insurance claim with them for a refund. All refunds will be made to the person / credit card that made the original purchase.
A package that is refused for delivery is the same as making a return and the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges already incurred by Trains4Tots.Com These charges apply even if the original order qualified for free shipping.
The cost to ship many of the large items (Train Sets, train tables, furniture, desks, kettcars & trikes) can be significant, so please be sure the product you order is exactly what you want and the estimated processing and shipping timeframes meet your needs. Please remember the estimated processing and shipping timeframes are not guaranteed.

You may cancel an order prior to processing and/or shipping. You will be charged a 15% cancellation fee if the item has already been processed. You must send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org Any shipped items that you return MAY BE subject to a 20% restocking fee and any shipping costs that we incur, these costs include both the original cost we incurred to ship the product to you and any subsequent costs to ship the product back to us.
The cost to ship many of the large items (train tables, furniture, bikes & trikes) can be significant, so please be sure the product you order is exactly what you want and the published shipping time frames will work for you. We pride ourselves in our ability to quickly process and ship our orders so please notify us as soon as possible regarding any cancellations or changes to avoid any unnecessary charges.
Please inspect all packages promtly, any damage must be reported before 10 days for the claim with UPS/Fedex to be made and a new part/item shipped. If an item is damages during shipment, please contact us immediately and save all packing materials at email@example.com. We cannot process a claim after the 10 day time frame for damage claims. It is your responsiblity to open and inspect all merchandise UPON receipt to insure no damage has occured.

All Maxim products are backed by a lifetime guarantee due to defects. If you have a defective item please call 1-888-266-2946 and they will correct the problem.
Rc2 Brands Limited Guarantee:
Rc2 Brand products are guaranteed for 90 days from date of purchase under normal and intended use and service against defective workmanship and material. If our product fails to meet our limited warranty during the warranty period, we will, at our option, replace the product free of charge, or provide you with a replacement of comparable value.
This guarantee is void if the product has been damaged by accident or unreasonable use, immersion in water (except for products specifically intended for water use), neglect, battery leakage or improper installation, improper service or causes not arising out of defects in materials and workmanship.
